Panchen Lama attends donation ceremony for Tibetan education

The 11th Panchen Lama, Bainqen Erdini Qoigyijabu, attends a ceremony in which the Aid-Tibet Development Foundation received 60 million yuan (US$9.28 million) worth of educational software from the 91Yunxiao (cloud school) Company in Beijing on April 12, 2016.
