Panchen Lama attends donation ceremony for Tibetan education

The 11th Panchen Lama (R4) and Hu Chili (R5), chairman of China Soong Ching Ling Foundation, jointly launch the ceremony for the donation of 60 million yuan (US$9.28 million) worth of educational software from Beijing's 91Yunxiao (cloud school) to the Tibet Autonomous Region in Beijing on April 12, 2016 with the help of the China Soong Ching Ling Foundation (CSCLF).
