Guo Yanqing became a garage manager and co-investor in 2010, after working his way up from entering the trade as a mechanic in 2008. Although in a management post, he still works with his apprentices, and is often referred to as the CTO (Chief Technology Officer) by his men. He has full confidence that his shop can beat 4S auto dealers in all ways, mostly on far lower fees.
