112-year-old cuts paper for Olympics

Hu Jiazhi, a 112-year-old artist in Nanjing makes a paper cut, July 15, 2008. It took her more than a month to finish three paper cuts. In each one, there is the Olympic Chinese seal, the five Olympic rings, lucky clouds and eight doves, which represent luck, peace and unity. The elderly artist will pick her favorite one and present it to the Beijing Olympic Committee as a gift through the Nanjing Artists' Association. [Asianewsphoto]
