| Smoke rises from a fire in a shopping mall called New-Mart Plaza in downtown Qiqihar, Northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, November 19, 2008. Hundreds of people were evacuated from the department store in a 32-story building, and the fire was put under control after it broke out at around 12:20 on Wednesday afternoon.
