A collect picture of Paul PJ James from when he was a fit model with a 6 pack, before deciding to gain weight. 4 months ago, Gym instructor and former underwear model, Paul James or Pj, started a very unorthodox method of figuring out the right way to train overweight clients. PJ began the year at 79.5kg, but decided to start a diet consisting of burgers, pizza, chips and chicken, to reach the weight of 120kg, but to his surprise he went over and now sits at 124kg, and with no surprise after eating 4 large pizzas, equaling 810g of fat, in one meal. But the repercussions are far worse than PJ had expected, with a rollercoaster of emotion. He regularly gets sick with colds and has found that even the smallest problems become big things and can get him down. His social life has died as he would much rather sit on the couch and doesn't like to go out unless he can cover up and he even has a slight concern that he may not have the motivation to start training again, but he believes it will be his clients who motivate him to train.
