World's ten strangest bridges
Completed on Oct. 2004, the Langkawi Sky Bridge in Malaysia is a cable bridge supported by steel. The bridge is suspended at 700 meters above sea level and spans 125 meters across the mountains, offering magnificent views of the Andaman Sea and Thailand's Tarutao Island. The bridge's height above the sea and narrowness attract many visitors to venture across.
The bridge over the Moore River was designed by Vito Acconci from New York in order to celebrate "Graz 2003: Culture Capital of Europe." The bridge connects artificial islands composed of various merging shells. Now the island features a sunbathing zone, a small cafe, an open-air theatre and a fashion bar. The Mur River Bridge is a classical mixture of art and architecture, a combination of dream and reality. [Photo Source: CRIENGLISH.com]
