Four Chinese pilots were registered for the 30th edition of the Dakar Rally to be held in Argentina and Chile from Jan. 3-18 for the first time in the history of the most important world speed and resistance race.
Most of the Chinese competitors will participate with motorcycles and it has been announced the presence of Chen Jianguo (209/Jincheng) and Wei Guanghui (210/Jincheng), who will ride the motorcycles made in China, and Li Zhiheng (number 149) from the team KTM.
In the car category, Lu Ningjun will compete together with Frenchman Serge Henninot (357/Buggy).
The official list of competitors will be announced on Jan. 2, one day before the first stage of the competition.
