The Toronto Raptors acquired Amir Johnson and Sonny Weems from the Milwaukee Bucks, the NBA team said on Tuesday.
The two players came in for the places of Carlos Delfino and guard Roko Ukic as Raptors were making an overhaul of their roster during the off season.
Johnson averaged 3.5 points, 3.7 rebounds and a career-high 14.7 minutes last season for Detroit, who had drafted him out of high school in 2005.
Chris Bosh, Andrea Bargnani and Jose Calderon are now the only players from last season's Toronto squad still on the roster.
