The NBA side Philadelphia 76ers signed with the No.2 draft pick Evan Turner on Wednesday.
In the NBA draft last month, the Philadelphia 76ers took national player of the year Evan Turner from Ohio State at No 2. The 21-year-old averaged 20.3 points, 9.2 rebounds and 5.9 assists and helped his University to reach the round of 16 in the NCAA collegiate tournament.
Turner will be paid at least 3,835,600 dollars in the first year of his contract, 4,123,200 dollars in the second, and 4,410,900 dollars if Philadelphia pick up his third-year option.
Turner is expected to start as a shooting guard for the Sixers in the new season.
