Argentine coach Diego Maradona and President of the Argentine Soccer Association (AFA) Julio Grondona met on Monday to analyze his continuity at the position.

According to the local sports press, they did not reach any agreement during the meeting hosted in the house of Ezeiza district's mayor.

Maradona and Grondona left the place without talking to the press.

On Sunday midnight, Maradona had said that he would not allow the imposition of changes at his technical team, as condition to continue coaching the team.

Argentina was eliminated in the World Cup of South Africa 2010 at the quarterfinals during a match against Germany, which won 4-0 over the South American team.

"If they touch (remove) the staff or the masseur, I leave. There is not possibility of they touching anyone, or want to impose another," Maradona said.

"I want to continue to work with the people I want and as I said, do not touch me anybody," Maradona said in a TV show.
