Former Italy goalkeeper Pelizzoli joins Cagliari

Former Italy goalkeeper Ivan Pelizzoli has joined Serie A club Cagliari from Lokomotiv Moscow, said Cagliari club on Thursday.
No further details were disclosed.
Pelizzoli made two appearances for Italy in 2003-2004 when he was first choice stopper for AS Roma.
However the 29-year-old's career has been in freefall ever since and after a stint at Reggina, he moved out to Russia.
Unable to win a first team spot at Lokomotiv, he spent last season on loan at AlbinoLeffe in Serie B.
