The United States' soccer governing body announced late on Monday that national coach Bob Bradley has agreed to a four-year contract extension.

The new deal will keep Bradley on the head coach post of the U.S. soccer team until after the 2014 World Cup. No financial details were released.

Bradley, who was seeking a job in Europe after leading the U.S. to win their group at the World Cup last June, will address the extension with U.S. Soccer president Sunil Gulati on Tuesday.

"Bob is honored to be the U.S. coach," said Ron Waxman, Bradley's agent. "It's a job he enjoys very much, and he's very happy."

The Americans had a friendly against Brazil earlier this month and will play two more in October.
