Spain will wear one-star shirts at the awarding ceremony if they win Sunday's World Cup final against the Netherlands.
Spanish sports paper Marca reported that Adidas has already produced a batch of the team's red home shirts with a champions' star above the crest, which the team will put on if they get to raise the trophy immediately after the match.
It is unusual to have the star affixed to a team's kit before the final. When Italy won in 2006, they didn't debut their fourth star until the following September.
