Though Chris Paul missed his first game this season because of a bruised right kneecap, Los Angeles Clippers still routed Memphis Grizzlies 99-73 on Monday.

Eric Bledsoe started for Paul, scoring 14 points. Reserves Jamal Crawford and Matt Barnes each scored 16 points. Blake Griffin donated 10 points and six rebounds while Caron Butler shot 3 for 4 from 3-point range, got nine points.

The Grizzlies was without Rudy Gay, who was excused to attend his grandmother's funeral in Baltimore. Zach Randolph contributed double-double of 15 points and 12 rebounds, Wayne Ellington scored 11 points, Darrell Arthur added 10 points while Marc Gasol had 10 rebounds and eight points for Grizzlies.

The Clippers guard Paul bumped knees with J.J. Reddick on Saturday with 54 seconds left in a 104-101 loss to Orlando.
