Milan vice-President Adriano Galliani admitted on Monday that their negotiations with Real Madrid to sign Kaka had fallen through.
According to some local reports earlier, the loan deal for the Real Madrid man had been completed.
But Galliani confirmed to the contrary that the Brazil international will not be rejoining the club.
"The negotiation for Kaka has broken down," he said. "It is not possible to complete the deal because of fiscal reasons."
