Judd Trump hits a ball in the match against Mark Joyce in 2013 Snooker Haikou World Open.

World No. 1 Judd Trump trounced Mark Joyce 5-0 in 2013 Snooker Haikou World Open on Tuesday.

Trump came back to the world's No.1 thanks for his top four finish in the Welsh Open 10 days ago. In the first round, Trump faced the challenging of Mark Jocye who beat Trump in The United Kingdom Snooker Championship 2012.

At the beginning of the first session, Trump hardly made any mistake, scoring 66 points with one hit and finally win the first frame. Joyce still could not find the key to victory in second frame, giving Trump the chance to came back to win 71-69.

In the next two frames, Trump kept enjoying his good touches, getting 56 points and 49 points with one hit respectively in third and forth frames. In the last frame, Trupm still leave no chance to Joyce, and wrapped up the match 5-0.

"The weather is not so good, and the table is a little sticky. However, I still enjoy the victory, and I am glad to play another match here." Trump said after the match.

Trump will play against Graeme Dott who beat Jamie Cope 5-2 on Tuesday.
