Manchester United are preparing a bid to sign Brazilian prodigy Kenedy, local media reported on Wednesday.

The 17-year-old striker has impressed for Brazilian top-flight club Fluminense and the Selecao's under 17 team this season.

He is also understood to be on the radar of Spanish giants Real Madrid and French outfit Monaco.

Any move for Kenedy would have to wait until February next year due to rules prohibiting the transfer of players under the age of 18.

Kenedy top-scored for Brazil with six goals at the under 17 South American championships in April.
