Portuguese football club Porto announced it has sold midfielder Fernando Francisco Reges to Manchester City.
FC Porto said in a statement that it "has reached an agreement with Manchester City for the permanent transfer of professional footballer Fernando Reges for 15 million euros."
Manchester City have had its eyes on Fernando Reges for some time but failed to sign him on in January.
The 26-year-old, who was born in Brazil and recently acquired Portuguese citizenship, joined Porto in 2008 and won four league titles, as well as the Europa League in 2011 with Porto.
