Reports in Mexico and the US suggest Ronaldinho is heading to the MLS with LA Galaxy. |
Ronaldinho is close to signing a deal with US Major League Soccer outfit Los Angeles Galaxy, according to reports in Brazil.
The former club of David Beckham wants Ronaldinho to fill the void left by the retiring Landon Donovan, the Terra news portal reported.
As one of two designated players, the Brazilian's salary would not be included in the club's salary cap.
The reports come just two months after the 34-year-old signed a two-year deal with Mexican outfit Queretaro.
His move would coincide with the arrival in the US of former Brazil teammate and fellow FIFA World Player of the Year winner Kaka, who has signed with Orlando City.
