Brazil has overturned the ban on alcohol in stadiums after 11 years' prohibition aiming to avoid the crowd violence.

FIFA, together with its sponsor Budweiser, insists the suspension of Brazil's law against alcohol sale at matches.

According to the contract between Budweiser and the world soccer body, soccer fans could buy the official brands in stadiums. Bud Zero and local brands Brahma Zero, all owned by the world's biggest brewer AB InBev, are the official beverages on sale at matches.

Budweiser's contract with FIFA until 2022, is estimated to be worth several million dollars a year.
