The 2008 Exciting Mt. Changbai International Skiing Challenge began on Tuesday in the Mt. Changbai's International Natural Skiing Park.
Some 200 skiers from 10 countries and regions are taking part in the event to be held in the picturesque Mt. Changbai.
The Big Air match of professional-level, which was planned to take place this afternoon, is forced to be replaced by the match of public-level, in which both professionals and snowboard-lovers participate, because Mt. Changbai has been snowing in the last three days, and the visibility here is not suitable for the high-level competition.
Eric Bisboso from the United States has participated in the game for the second time, "The condition of the course is very good, and it's beyond my expectation. The number of the skiers is larger than that of the last year, and their strength is better as well."
The event is hosted by Snowsports Industries China and Mt. Changbai Administration Committee.
