A list of the best 20 companies to work for in China 2011 was announced Thursday by Fortune Magazine and Towers Watson, a leading consultant service company in China.

The biennial survey ranks companies based on employees' devotion to work.

All the companies on this year's list excel in making corporate management transparent and score high in developing sense of belongings and identification for their employees, according to Fortune Magazine.

Following are the top 20 companies on the list (ranked alphabetically by their Chinese name)
