Nanjing, Wuxi and Tianjin were among China's Top 20 Happiest Cities of 2011, released by Oriental Outlook magazine over the weekend.
The survey, launched in September, polled 37 million people all over the country to rank 116 Chinese cities for their happiness indexes, including traffic, healthcare, education, natural environment and home prices.
Oriental Outlook, a Chinese weekly journal by Xinhua News Agency, began to release the Chinese Happiest Cities ranking annually in 2007.
