Headquartered in Shenzhen, with branches in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong, the e-commerce company sells middle to luxury brand name fashion products, including clothes, shoes, bags, accessories and cosmetics. The most common complaint about the shopping website involved false promotions.
