Glassdoor, a U.S.-based job and career site, recently revealed its latest ranking of the highest rated CEOs, based on employee feedback of the past year.

Employees were asked one simple survey question: do you approve of the way your CEO is leading the company? They subsequently, and anonymously, dished on the pros and cons of their companies and bosses.

Check out who made it into the Top 10 Highest Rated CEOs:
