Born in 1988, Li Daimo was one of the most popular contestants on the first season of "The Voice of China." After the show, he became a popular singer with a large fan following. He released several albums and starred in a number of commercials, making him one of the most successful singers to emerge from the reality talent show. However, when he reached the peak of his career, he was caught taking drugs on March 18, 2014. Some industry insiders estimated that as a star, his commercial value may now be completely non-existent.
