This bean curd jelly is not only a traditional food from Nanjing, but also a traditional Chinese food. However, the Tofu jelly in Nanjing is different from other places, featuring a white jade color and a highly soft taste. It is served hot with seasonings and other ingredients like little dried shrimp, soy sauce, vinegar and chilli oil.
