Alibaba Group replaced Microsoft to fill the top spot on the Top 50 Best Employers 2014 list created by HorizonKey, a famous Chinese independent research organization focusing on public polls and social and cultural studies.
Under the "Work hard, Play hard" principles proposed by Ma Yun, the founder of Alibaba Group, the company's office environment is very cozy. The office walls are designed in different themes, and employees participate in different interest groups, like football tribe and photography tribe.
Moreover, Alibaba provides an attractive opportunity for 2015 graduates, offering new employees 6 months training at its research, development and training center in the United States.
HorizonKey surveyed students at 20 universities in 7 cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Jinan, Chengdu, Wuhan, Hangzhou and Nanjing.
