Montevideo is the capital and largest city of Uruguay. The city, which is known as a "vibrant, eclectic place with a rich cultural life," is full of gorgeous and romantic attractions. The concentric lock fountain is one of the most romantic ones. A sign there says:"Lovers can carve their initials on a lock and put it in the fountain. If they can come back to the fountain together again, they will be in love forever."
