The Casa Atlântica is an 11-storey apartment building overlooking Copacabana Beach in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Sandwiched between two buildings, it has a skeletal façade where each storey resembles a horizontal vertebra. Being a luxury complex, it only contains 30 apartments and each has the six star hotel services. It features a spa, a cinema and a rooftop swimming pool. Construction began in March this year.
