With rich colors and aromatic flavors, noodles can require complicated preparations. Noodles can be regarded as a symbol of Chinese culture.
China Central Television and China Cuisine Association recently released a list of the top 10 renowned Chinese noodles. The world-famous Beijing Noodles with Soybean Paste and Sichuan's Dandan Noodles are among them.
