Algeria issues Shanghai Expo commemorative stamps
Photo taken on March 24, 2010 shows one of the two Shanghai World Expo commemorative stamps, with a face value of 38 Algerian dinars, in Algiers, capital of Algeria. Algerian Postal Service on Wednesday issued two Shanghai World Expo commemorative stamps, in denominations of 15 and 38 Algerian dinars (1 U.S. dollar equals about 73 dinars).
