Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), arrived in Shanghai Thursday to attend the opening ceremony of the Shanghai World Expo scheduled on Friday.

The Shanghai World Expo will last six months. It will be the largest world exhibition ever and is expected to attract 70 million visitors from home and abroad.
