The Buzha, a masked dance used in Tibetan Buddhism to exorcize devils, was performed in Yonghegong Lama Temple on Feb. 24, 2009. Wearing different masks of demons and skulls, the Lamas of the temple danced to the accompaniment of traditional Tibetan instruments and at the end, they threw the model of the devil into fire, symbolizing the deterioration of the devil and pacifying of the world.
