Zhejiang Narada Hospitality Service Company Limited has signed agreements for two three-star hotels in Yiwu, Zhejiang.
Based in Hangzhou, the company focuses on high-end business hotels, resorts and urban boutique hotels. Currently its management portfolio includes Zhejiang World Trade Center Grand Hotel in Hangzhou and the World Trade Center Plaza Hangzhou.
The two three-star hotels that the company has signed are: the Huafeng Hotel, which opened in 1995 as the first three-star foreign-oriented hotel in Yiwu; and the Chengzhongcheng Hotel, a comprehensive hotel invested in and built by the Yiwu Economic Development Zone Management Committee, and awarded three-star qualifications in May 2000.
Zhejiang Narada Hospitality Service Company has signed a 15-year lease agreement for the Huafeng Hotel, and a 12-year agreement for the Chengzhongcheng Hotel. The company plans to introduce dining, entertainment, and spa facilities to the two hotels.
