Jinling Hotels & Resorts Corporation and Shanghai Mingyue Holdings Corporation have signed a contract for the management of the 75th Jinling hotel — Shanghai Jinling Mingyue Hotel.

The five-star Shanghai Jinling Mingyue Hotel is located in Lujiazui Financial District, Pudong and covers a total area of 41,092 square meters. It boasts 352 total rooms including standard rooms, deluxe rooms, and presidential suites. With a soft opening in September 2008, the hotel's amenities include both Chinese and western restaurants, a cafe, a multi-function meeting center, a fitness center, a sauna; and an indoor swimming pool.

Jinling Hotels & Resorts is among China's top three hotel management groups and is in the world's top 50 hotel groups in terms of scale. Jinling aims that the new hotel will be a luxury five-star business hotel with good reputation and broad market for its advantages in geographical location, market positioning, and hardware facilities.
