Following consultation with China Southern Airlines, Daqing Airport will open in early September by first serving four routes.
The Daqing-Beijing route will be scheduled with two flights a day, and the Daqing-Shanghai route will be operated once a day with a stopover at Dalian on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays; and a stopover at Qingdao on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
The Daqing-Hangzhou-Guangzhou route is slated to fly every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, and the Daqing-Xi'an-Chengdu route is to fly every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
Currently the airport terminal is still under construction and is expected to be finished by the end of July.
