Qingjian Xijing Hot Spring Holiday Hotel, which is invested in by Qingdao Xijing Hot Spring Real Estate Company, has commenced construction of the fourth luxury hotel in Wenquan town, Jimo in Shandong province.

The hotel will feature indoor and outdoor hot springs, apartments and other ancillary facilities. It is designed to have about 100 guest rooms and 3,000 square meters of hot springs facilities.

In addition to Qingjian Xijing Hot Spring Holiday Hotel, there are three other luxury hotels in Wenquan. One invested in by Hisense Real Estate is expected to open on October 1, 2009. One invested in by China Travel Service (Hong Kong) Limited and the Qingdao International Convention Center Resort invested in by Nanshan Group are also under construction.
