Huatian Hotel and Ningxiang government have jointly developed a hot spring program at the east of Wujiang River, Huitang Town in Ningxiang County, Changsha. This is the largest program Huatian has ever invested in.

The program, Huitang Hot Spring Huatian Town, will consist of a convention center, a large-scale integrated playground, a wetland park, two public golf driving ranges, and an upscale hot spring villa complex suitable for housing, offices, holidays, and tourism. The whole program will take five years.

The first phase of the development is a hot spring international convention hotel with more than 1,000 guest rooms and a large convention center that can accommodate over 2,000 people. The second phase of the program is an integrated playground which is expected to be the most influential and popular modern and high-tech theme park in South Central China.

According to Chen Jiming, the chairman of Huatian Hotel, when it is completed Huitang Hot Spring Huatian Town is expected to be the most influential top-end international business meeting center, the most charming hot spring resort, the most suitable amusement park for carnivals and the very place for high-end business guests in central China.
