World Capital Market Inc., a U.S. investment bank, has set up a branch office in Qingdao to assist more northern Chinese companies to be listed in the United States.
World Capital has made detailed plans to help companies to list in America and will assist in all the necessary procedures. The firm will also provide plans for financing and give training and preparation work for the development and re-financing of the listed companies to help lower risk.
In addition to helping qualified companies to go public, World Capital also plans to set up funds in Qingdao to invest in companies that plan to list shares.
World Capital Market operates in Beijing, Shanghai, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, New York and some Japanese and European cities. The firm invests in Chinese companies seeking a partner who can provide financial capital and make significant contributions to their operations to help them grow and increase shareholder value. So far more than 10 private companies in China have been listed in the United States with the help of the firm, raising more than US$800 million in total.
