Qingdao City, Shandong Province, plans to build a shopping mall at the city's central business center. Construction of the mall got underway in Oct. 2011 and the mall is slated to open in the middle of 2013.

Covering an area of 95,000 square meters, the mall includes three-storey underground shopping space and a landscape square on the ground.
