The State Intellectual Property Office has recently selected Qingdao as one of China's 23 intellectual property model cities.

In the future, the office will maintain its cooperation with Qingdao in the arenas of strategy planning, rules and regulations on intellectual property, the settling of foreign-related intellectual property disputes and the construction and use of patent informatization.
