Qingdao city, Shandong province, published its plan for popularizing sailing in schools on May 14 and selected 32 primary and middle schools as its sailing model schools. 32 sailing teams, each containing over 15 student-athletes, will be set up. Athletes and coaches will have a chance to be selected for an exchange in Europe.
