The design sketch of the home port of liner in Qingdao

Qingdao, a coastal city of Shandong province, will start the construction of the initiating zone of home port of liner from the end of this year. The home port will be expected to be in operation in 2014.

To build the home port of liner is very important to the city’s target of building itself as an international tourist destination and coastal holiday resort.

Covering an area of 34 hectares, the port consists of harbor operational zone and support service zone.
