Qingdao is famous for its landscape, marine economy and cultural character. The park is designed to present the charm of Qingdao, and to show the new look of the city.

The location reflects the beauty of the coastal city by recreating the landscape. At the center of the park there is water, and two squares on the eastern and western sides.
