The core area of Qingdao Blue Silicon Valley has already become the fifth technical marine emerging industrial demonstration base and the ocean blue knowledge and technology platform in East Asia, which are brought by the improvement of the centripetal force of the high-end elements in the core area of Blue Silicon Valley. Since 2014, the core area has been focusing on the goal of creating ‘Chinese Blue Silicon Valley and marine technical new city’ and constructing ‘the five centers’ to stabilize the high-end elements platform and build a specific technology innovation ecological system.
