On Feb. 1, reporter learned that the city Commerce Bureau will keep the foreign capital over 6 billion dollars and the amount of service outsourcing over 2.5 billion dollars. Besides, Qingdao will build 3 subway commercial complexes including Weike Plaza and PARKCITY.

In 2015, Commerce Bureau of the city will propel 30 industrial transfer programs including Haier Egypt and 20 exploitation programs of overseas resources and energy. It will also promote the 20 international contract projects implemented by CSR Sifang, CNPC, etc. Besides, Qingdao will promote the transformation and upgrading of Jimo Development Area into state-level economic technology zone and propel the integration of Jiaonan Economic Development Zone and Dongjiakou Circular Economic Zone.

Subway line 3 will have trial run at the end of this year and the commercial projects around the subway get much attention. The city will seize this opportunity to build 3 subway commercial complexes. In terms of consumption, the city will take advantage of the preferential policy of free trade area and exploit the concentration effect of the import products trading center. The city will enlarge the scale of import common products to build the distribution center of import products in the north.
