Qingdao West Coast New Area has 208 projects in the blue (marine) economy, with more than 290 billion yuan ($46.72 billion) of investment, qdcaijing.com said.

During January to April, there were 12 new relevant projects, 95 under construction, 64 to be built and 37 under negotiation in the New Area.
