Qingdao, a coastal city of Shandong province, will host the 13th China International Marine Fair (CIFM) and China International Boat Show at the Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center during May 22-25.
As the largest boat exhibition in northern China, the fair has attracted more than 100 exhibitors from more than 20 countries and regions to display water sports equipment and boats, including French Beneteau, American Mercury and Japanese Honda. Chinese boat makers such as GCK and Changhe will also take part in the event.
With the theme of blue economy, the fair will hold a series of activities about the boat industry, high-end tourism and creative design in order to facilitate exchange of industry knowledge and ideas.
The exhibition will cover a land area of 20,000 square meters and a water area of 8,000 square meters.
